About the Item
As intricate as an Italian mosaic but as impermeable as a safe, this handbag is both a strongbox and a piece of art. Fully crusted with seed beads—some of which are doubled for extra topography—the purse’s pattern resembles cobblestones surrounding a bugle bead lotus flower at the center. The real eye-catcher, however, is the trapezoidal 24-karat gold plated frame, which surrounds the bag on all sides for an imposing, powerful silhouette.
Trapezoidal hard evening bag with pavé bead faces and full 24-karat gold plate surround frame; silk faille top handle with caviar beading on front side. Open interior compartment with single open pocket one side and open pocket with two lipstick compartments on the other; rectangular mirror across full width of one side panel; tethered change purse. Oversized gold plate front flip clasp closure; fully lined in chocolate silk faille.
