Antique Japanese leather chair, Primitive Chair, Wabi-Sabi

About the Item

This is an antique chair from the Showa era. The deep-colored genuine leather has a unique texture and soft feel that comes from years of use. You can enjoy the changes in the leather's appearance the more you use it. The rugged iron frame gives it an industrial feel. The rust and scratches that come with age also give it a deep vintage feel. Its simple yet striking appearance makes it the perfect accent piece for your room. It fits in with a variety of spaces, such as a study or living room. A one-of-a-kind vintage chair that conveys the atmosphere of the 1960s. Why not add a special chair that evokes the passage of time to your space? Seat height: 43cm Weight: 8kg - About Us - Based in Japan, we reinterpret high-quality Japanese furniture from the Taisho period, a fusion of Western culture and Japanese craftsmanship, and upcycle it into "modern Japanese furniture." Each piece is carefully repaired by a skilled craftsman, and reborn as furniture to be passed down to the next generation. We deliver beautiful and functional Japanese furniture that will be loved for generations to come.
