Late 19th-early 20th century grand scale Chinese wedding basket. 4 containers with cover; decorated with happiness & long life symbols in carved jade, quartz & hardstones; all contained within a dragon headed carrying frame with bronze handle. Shou symbol centers the dragons & the carved top. Loss to lower edge of cover by the frame side panel. Overall wear commensurate with age & use. 32.75" h., 28.25" w, 17.5" d.
