About the Item

Fabulous pair of late 19th Century antique acid etched glass doors, salvaged originally from Paris France. Each panel has a bouquet of flowers in a large urn with wonderful scroll work. The top of the each panel has a beautiful male and female bust facing towards each other. The pair of antique etched glass doors are in the original door frames but have been cut down to work in most homes. Below each panel are three square beveled glass clear panels. The hardware has been replaced and the doors have been repainted and cut down years ago to fit in its last home in Fairfield County CT. shown in one of the photos. The pair is in very good to excellent condition ready to hang. It was hard to get good photos of the etching in the panels, they look better than the photos.
