We are delighted to offer for sale this rather lovely antique original circa 1880 Black Forest Wood musical Cigar box Humidor with built in music box
A very good looking and well made piece, it is hand carved all over depicting a large important looking house. It has different levels and compartments, it is totally original and has a built music box which turns on when you lift up the roof and plays a tune
The condition is good for the age, there may be some light timber losses and general patina from honest age and genuine use. The music boxes in these are famously temperamental, it will most likely need servicing and we don't have a key for it
