About the Item

Late 19th century French treen inkwell with pen holder. Elegantly decorated with subtly colored chinoiserie scenes of gardens & bamboo follies. Brass trim with floral & leaf feet. Base newly baized in black. Lacks ink insert, however it is metal lined. A bit of rim denting. 6.25" dia., 2.25" h.
