We are delighted to offer for sale this one of a kind hand carved from a felled tree sculpture of a rearing horse and a foal calf A truly mouth-wateringly beautiful piece, the horse ha such as a sense of movement and flow about it with the main blowing in the wind, mouth open and legs up high I was told this represents something around parenthood and defence of your children, how something so beautiful can become something so deadly if needed, I absolutely love this and had I a little more house room it would be staying with me We have lightly cleaned hand condition waxed and hand polished it from top to bottom, it naturally has patina marks in the timber as you can see, it's simply glorious from every angle Dimensions: Height 160 cm Width 42 cm Depth 92 cm Please note all measurements are taken at the widest point. This item is available for collection from our Wimbledon warehouses. Condition: Please view the very detailed pictures as they form part of the description around condition. Please note vintage period and original items such as leather seating will always have natural patina in the form of cracking creasing and wear, we recommend regular waxing to ensure no moisture is lost, also hand dyed leather is not recommended to sit in direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time as it will dry out and fade.
