On his return to Mexico he collaborated for several years with the sculptor Augusto Bozzano. From 1946 he made several trips to Europe, where he attended art courses in Paris and Florence. Later in life, he took up residence in Puerto Vallarta, where his large public sculptures became landmarks, such places like the Malecon Boardwalk or a similar sculpture to above titled "Shark" in Spiral statue (1996) located on Pulpito street at Los Muetos beach in the small plaza area between the El Dorado and La Palapa restaurants. Currently some of his works are in cities of the Mexican Republic, as well as in Canada, the United States, Japan, China and various countries in Europe and Latin America.
