About the Item
From the “heart” of a large geode, this specimen shows various crystal
formations of note. The multi-windowed piece shows amethyst in typical
peaked form as well as stellate white quartz formations and orange druze
from the other side. The piece is polished in the round.
This piece was legally and ethically sourced directly in the prestigious mines of Uruguay, South America. Uruguayan amethyst is internationally recognized as being the finest and most aesthetic amethyst in the world, due to its intense deep purple coloration, the large size of its peaked crystals, and its durability. These crystals were formed over 120-140 million years during the Cretaceous period, and as all of our pieces are formed naturally, they are completely unique and unrepeatable natural wonders of art.

▫️ Description
Bringing world-class aesthetics that mix AAA Amethyst with a gorgeous formation and a rare, intact calcite specimen, this Amethyst Geode is one of the most special we have had the chance to work with. With elegant grandeur, this rare amethyst is ready to become a centerpiece at a gallery, museum, or in your decor, undoubtedly sparking conversations.
Adding to the overall beauty, the main attraction of this geode is the high-quality (AAA), X-Large Amethyst Druzy. The points exhibit a rare deep purple color, often referred to as Grape Jelly. The crystallized gems form intact points, showcasing a lustrous, shiny quality due to the naturally polished faces and translucency of the gem Amethyst.
Added by nature, the Calcite seems to be placed by an artist. It grows intact within the amethyst caves...
