About the Item
This antique liquor bottle decanter is unsigned, but presumed to have been made in circa 1880 in the Victorian style. The decanter is done in a deep emerald green with a bulbous base and slightly curved neck with a protruded rim. This decanter has a simple cork stopper with a metal finger ring. This decanter may be earlier than posted, and is clearly hand-crafted given the slight 'warp' to the neck, which may have been done intentionally for nautical use on a ship, or may have simply bent slightly when removed from the heat.
