About the Item
Beautiful, antique, early Venetian / Murano hand blown pink, blue and gold flecks Italian art glass flower vase. Created in the manner of the Salviati and Fratelli Toso companies. The piece has a ton of little pink, and some blue dots that create the overall color. The vase is covered in a thin layer of gold leaf throughout, and has an applied cobalt blue rim. It has a 6 point pontil mark on the bottom (see photo). Would make a great display piece on any desk, vanity or coffee table. Late Victorian, Art Nouveau era. Measures 7 5/8" tall x 4 1/4" wide.
