This pot bears a dark blue rim descending to a gorgeous robin’s egg blue body.
Mint condition. Incised with the Friberg signature, the Gustavsberg mark and “G” indicating the date of the piece, 1965. Measures: 3.25" H x 4" D.
By eminent Swedish ceramist Berndt Friberg (1899-1981), for Gustavsberg Pottery. Friberg is known for his magnificent glazes, his perfectionistic nature and a great talent for delicate and sensuous forms.
