Coralla Maiuri created the Lava Vases Collection in 2018. The Yellow & Gold Vase is one of her largest unique pieces, and takes the lava concept further. Its bright, slightly crackled yellow surface is increasingly covered by a dripping white, brown and blue lava of spongy texture emerging from the mouth with golden reflexes, flowing all the way past the base and on to the flat surface around its base.
