About the Item
Hand Forged Iron Ashtray / Vide-Poche or Drinks Tray, Spain, 1930-1940.
Spanish Wrought Iron Ashtray with Handles.
This handcrafted ashtray is heavily adorned by the hammer marks thorough. It stands up on three scroll-ended feet. It has two handles with flower shaped finials and fleur de lis cigarrette holders.
The central part allows to place a glass or cup and a bottle so it can be used as drinks tray or dish.
Rare find.
It has a nice design combining spanish colonial and gothic revival accents. Showing a terrific aged patina.
Use it as ashtray, empty-pocket or drinks tray.
