Antique 20th Century English sterling silver cocktail shaker, featuring a polished, round, tapered body. The lid, sieve and body is all hallmarked. Hallmarked HA Atkin Brothers, English Sterling Silver 925, Sheffield, year 1924 g, Maker H.A Atkin brothers The Atkin brothers were prominent silversmiths based in Sheffield, England, known for their high-quality silverware and cutlery. The family business was established in the mid-18th century by Thomas Law Atkin and flourished under the leadership of his sons, Henry, Edward, and Frank Atkin. The company, named Atkin Brothers, gained a reputation for exquisite craftsmanship and innovative designs, becoming one of the leading silverware manufacturers in Sheffield.
