About the Item

Steel bottle opener. Embossed decoration with floral motifs. The robust design and large lever indicate that it is designed to open bottles efficiently, possibly being fixed to a table or counter by means of a clamping system. The crank with a dark sphere at the end suggests that the internal mechanism can work in a rotary or pressure way. The structure is decorated with floral patterns and carved details, which looks like it could have been made for bars or elegant establishments. Despite signs of wear and slight oxidisation in some areas, the piece retains its functionality. An interesting collector's item for lovers of antique objects and mechanical tools. Marked, ‘Original Safety, Trade Mark, Reg Nº 543083, Made in England’. Signs of use.
