Antique English Victorian Sterling Silver & Rock Crystal-Cut Decanter
About the Item
Victorian sterling silver and rock crystal-cut decanter. Made by John Grinsell & Sons in Birmingham in 1892. Globular crystal bowl with flowers and leaves strewn among twisted gadroons and rinceaux. Neck in sterling silver collar with v-spout; cover hinged and raised with lobed finial and high-looping handle. Silver ornament same as well as armorial cartouche (vacant). Silver fully marked.
