Felipe Derflingher Brutalist Imprisoned Glass Tankards
About the Item
For your consideration is this fine set of imprisoned glass tankards by Felipe Derflingher for Feders, Mexico. The glass is mouth blown from recycled blue glass into sheet metal cages with cutouts through which the glass bulges. Each tankard is unique with varying dimensions. The hand-formed handles are dynamically expressive and varied. Volume ranges from 20-24 ounces. The glass has no chips and no cracks. A nice unique set of mid-century brutalist glasses.
