Irish Glass Fold Over Rim Pedestal Bowl, 1800-10 A Fine Irish pedestal bowl with hand blown bowl and pressed glass lemon squeezer foot. The turned over rim bowl carries some imperfections, inclusions from the glassmaker's crucible but this is in stark contrast to the mastery of 18th century glass cutting. The perfect centrepiece for any grand table. This is one of very few styles that is uniquely Irish. A 1.5cms flake chip to the foot as shown. This foot type is invraiably. Light scratching to interior of bowl. The chip will be filled if required. Restoration : None
