About the Item

A beautiful, premium-quality caviar bowl / caviar cooler, crafted from crystal glass and silver-plated metal. This exquisite centerpiece was part of the Riedel Mesa Collection, a collaboration between Claus Joseph Riedel (Austria) and Mesa Design (Italy), produced from 1986 to 1996. It features a larger outer bowl with a striking geometric pattern and a smaller, semi-spherical inner caviar bowl, which rests in a silver-plated metal holder. The piece is in excellent condition with minimal signs of age, and the glass is, of course, undamaged. The metal holder and the outer bowl are both marked. Dimensions: Diameter 8 in, height 4.5 in. We currently offer additional pieces from the Riedel Mesa Collection in our other listings. Mesa, founded in the 1980s, is a producer of handcrafted luxury home accessories. They have collaborated with renowned designers such as Gio Ponti, Cetti Serbelloni, and Bruno Munari.
