Antique Large French Gilded Opaline Milk Glass Bowl Centerpiece, 19th Century

This exceptional and rare French centerpiece bowl set, complete with a cover and matching plate, is an exquisite example of the finest 19th-century French craftsmanship. Made from milky white opaline glass, the set is a testament to luxury and artistry, showcasing finest detail design.
The circular body of the bowl is richly decorated with hand-painted gold enamel, creating an elegant contrast against the milky opaline surface. The bowl is adorned with applied emerald-colored jewel beads to enhance the gold patterns. The bowl stands on a spreading base, with further complementary gold enamel designs and emerald jewel beads.
The matching lid and plate feature further matching decorations, harmonizing beautifully with the bowl. The plate and bowl with cut edges and gilded rims.
