Boston & Sandwich American Pressed Glass Compote, Pineapple Pattern, Circa 1860's The pressed lead glass compote is made in the Pineapple pattern made circa 1860. It has a tall hollow flaring foot and the bowl has a shaped edge. There are six panels with a pineapple design. Dimensions: 8 1/2 inches high x 10-inch diameter See The Fine Art Museum of San Francisco, for a low compote in the pattern, Accession # 1985.78. (Ref: NY9991-crr)
