About the Item
Beautiful, rare, and large vintage Murano hand blown orange "A Mace" Italian art glass flower vase with iridescent surface. Documented to designer Dino Martens for the Aureliano Toso workshop. Published design in several books and pictured on the book "Dino Martens" by Marc Heiremans (see last photo, in different color). The vase has a decorative crimped rim, with spots of color and small bubbles throughout. It still retains an original "Made In Italy" item number label underneath. Would make a great display piece on any console table or credenza. Mid-century era. Measures 18 1/2" tall x 7" wide.
