A Royal Crown Derby Imari ‘383’ Dish, Circa 1888 Provenance: Private Australian Collection. Description: The cylindrical dish applied with the ‘383’ design, otherwise known as the ‘Kings’ or ‘Old Japan’ pattern, the gilt-rope border issuing floral and foliate scrolls trailing towards the central design depicting a cherry blossom in bloom on a white ground, the whole in the Imari palette. The Royal Derby mark, the c. 1888 cypher and ‘H / 383 / 3’ all stamped to the back. Home decor, Interior design and collectibles. Dimensions: Height: 2.3cm Diameter: 22cm
