L'assiette décorative de Robert Picault est une pièce unique, caractérisée par un petit trou derrière le manche qui permet de l'accrocher au mur, ajoutant une touche artistique à votre intérieur. Ce qui la rend encore plus précieuse, c'est qu'elle a été réalisée par Picault lui-même, comme en témoigne sa signature "Picault" inscrite avec soin. Ce céramiste de génie, actif au 20e siècle, a su marier tradition et modernité, s'inspirant des motifs géométriques du Moyen Âge musulman tout en utilisant son propre mélange d'argile. Ayant collaboré avec des grands artistes comme Picasso, Picault a laissé une empreinte durable dans le monde de la céramique. Sa fabrique, bien que destinée à des commandes spécifiques, a toujours mis en avant la qualité artisanale de ses créations, rendant chaque pièce personnelle et inimitable. Usure légère conforme à l’âge quelques petits manques se référer aux photos Robert Picault (1919-2000) Céramiste de génie, ayant travaillé étroitement avec Picasso et Roger capron, il crée son propre alquifoux (mélange de de sulfure de plomb et de sable) et mit au point ce style très personnel inspiré du moyen Age musulman avec des motifs géométriques tracés, en bichromie, bleu et manganèse et surtout vert et manganèse. Il créa une fabrique pour honorer les commandes de l'aga khan. Robert Picault (1919 - 2000) French ceramist in Vallauris Robert Picault has contributed to the revival of culinary ceramics by updating traditional local forms decorated with lines and geometric designs. His identity style has been a great success and continues to decorate the table today. His personal pieces are sought after by art collectors. A former student of the School of Applied Arts in Paris, Robert Picault arrived in Vallauris in 1946.
