About the Item

An Art Deco Eastern European Art Deco ruby overlay cut glass jug originating from Poland or Bohemia and dating from around 1930. The tall slender hand blown conical shaped jug has a wide rounded flat base with recessed polished pontil and narrows to a raised shaped pouring spout with a clear glass handle attached to the side. The jug has a ruby red overlay with slice cut windows and diamond cut patterning around the body. The jug is not marked. In good condition with light residue to the inside base.
