Franz Welz Czech Art Deco Blue & Black Tango Glass Vase
About the Item
A superb 1930's Czech/Bohemian pale blue blown glass vase with applied black glass rim. This is a known shape made by Franz Welz, which is shown in the Welz Facebook group. Known as "mono-coloured" or "tango" glass, this technique was developed by Loetz around 1914.

Measures approx 6.75 inches tall by 4.5 inches in diameter at widest point.
