Hand-blown glass vase in amber glass with blue and red murrhines and silver foil from the Reazioni Policrome Series by Giulio Radi for Arte Vetraria Muranese, Murano Italy, ca 1950. This little jewel is a beautiful work of art. Reference: AVEM Artistic Production 1932-1972 by Marc Heiremans published by Arnoldsche in 2020, pages 48 through 55 show similar pieces by Giulio Radi with the same technique. Provenance: Evan Lobel purchased this piece directly from A.V.E.M. in 2001 as part of a large collection of original works stored there from the 1940’s, 1950’s and 60’s.
