A very beautiful and substantial Italian modern art glass handkerchief vase vessel compote sculpture, circa mid-20th century, Italy. Glass thickness is substantial as shown. Interior is decorated with matte gold and copper gilt. Signed at base as shown in images #8 and 9. In the style of Italian art glass design house Fontana Arte. Beautiful as a standalone art glass sculpture piece, or to hold fruit, vegetables, etc. Dimensions: 11.5" depth x 11.5" width x 10.63" height.
