About the Item
An exceptional French opaline glass vase in a rare mint green hue, exquisitely hand-painted with fine floral motifs in gold and adorned with raised enamel detailing in white, red, and amber. The refined decoration and craftsmanship are characteristic of the Belle Époque period and align stylistically with the work of renowned French glassmakers such as Baccarat, Portieux, or Legras, circa 1880–1910.
The vase features an elegant flared silhouette with a wide gilded band and intricate enamel accents that shimmer delicately in the light. The soft jade tone of the opaline is highly sought after among collectors. A hand-painted “N” mark on the base may indicate a model or workshop code.
