Sanyu Japanese Knobbly Pink & Blue Glass Vintage Vase
About the Item
Here is a chunky and very heavy (2kg unpacked) organic glass knobbly vase. Made in Japan, circa 1970's, by the Sanyu factory. Identified by labelled example of a bowl in the same range and colourway, in the Japanese Glass Facebook group. In a stunning combination of pink and blue encased in clear glass.
Size
Measures approx 8.75 inches tall by 6 inches in diameter at widest point.
Condition
Excellent condition, no chips or cracks other than a couple of tiny nicks to the base rim, shown in final picture.
