About the Item

Heading : A Twelve bottle grog box Date : 19th century and later Origin : The box is English, the bottles are probably French or Low Counrties Glass Type : Lead-free Size : 29cm height, 44cm width, 29.5cm depth. Condition : The box is also in excellent condition. Two quart bottles have restored ( resin filled) rim chips. Two are replacements. Of the four half pint bottles two are replacements. The tumblers and glasses are all later replacements Weight : 9500 grams There are six quart decanters which are 25cm tall. There are six half pint decanters which are 15.5 cm tall below the tray containing the drinking glasses. All the glass has gilded neoclassical decoration. The box itself is in excellent condition the handles and all hinges are fully functioning and stable. There is no key
