This fabulous vintage wave hand blown glass sculpture by Formia Murano was done in the 80s is like an abstract painting of luminous color patterns. It sits and is attached as was made to a black glass base. The colors range from blobs of red, sky blue, cobalt blue light green, pink and black. The play of light upon it changes the density of color. The form on top is a wave pattern of explosive beautiful color. Formia Murano is now a closed company but they had gained fame for its beautiful unique pieces since 1962. They were a major glass company on the island of Murano. This is a stellar glass sculpture with great juxtaposed colors and will bring happy energy into your home. It has a great presence.
