This is an antique decorative jardiniere. An Italian, bronze planter or fruit serving bowl with Putto legs, dating to the late Victorian period, circa 1900.

Ornate crown shaped bowl, decorated with foliate wreathes
Scrolled rim sits prominently over the concave bowed form
