About the Item
Copper cookware is just perfect for cooking or display. This 11" fry pan, hand hammered by talented artisans, is hardworking and great looking, moving from your stovetop to oven and even tabletop with classic culinary appeal. The outside of gleaming copper reveals an interior lined with tin. When not in use, hang it by its curvy handle to show off your good taste. Chefs have always favored this metal because it is the best for cooking. Copper is indispensable for the perfect outcome of dishes requiring long cooking procedures, for delicate dishes and for confectionery creations.
