About the Item

Copper cookware is just perfect for cooking or display. This 11" fry pan, hand hammered by talented artisans, is hardworking and great looking, moving from your stovetop to oven and even tabletop with classic culinary appeal. The outside of gleaming copper reveals an interior lined with tin. When not in use, hang it by its curvy handle to show off your good taste. Chefs have always favored this metal because it is the best for cooking. Copper is indispensable for the perfect outcome of dishes requiring long cooking procedures, for delicate dishes and for confectionery creations. The Tinning For a perfect use, the thickness of our products can vary between 1.5 for frying pan up to 2-3mm for a large casserole or special pieces. The tin lining is performed manually by using the traditional flame/blotter method. We guarantee a perfect lining, extremely durable and lacking in impurities. Tin is 100% pure. The Handles They are produced in brass with the ancient method of mold melting and polished by hand one by one. The rivets are very thick and made in copper. WHAT THE WARRANTY COVERS Amoretti Brothers will repair or replace any item found defective in material, construction or workmanship under normal use and following care instructions. WHAT THE WARRANTY DOESN`T COVERThis warranty doesn`t cover: damage from misuse or abuse, damage arising from thermal shocks, shipping, drops, improper use, theft, failure to follow the use and care instructions, or an unauthorized modification or repair, normal product wear and tear stains, discoloration or scratches on the inside or outside Any accident caused by fire, flood, etc. Commercial, professional or workplace use. Dust or insects inside the product, Nonstick damage from metal or sharp utensils Damage caused by use of scouring pads, steel wool, abrasive cleaners, bleach, etc. Minor imperfections and color variations, which are normal.

    Rare mid century large oval size Columbian turkey roasting pan or pot featuring enameled blue and white marble swirl with lid and handles. Columbian Home Products purchased the cookware division of General Houseware Corporation in 1998. GHC purchased the Columbian Enameling and Stamping Company in 1968, which got its start in Terre Haute, IN in 1902. Columbian Enameling began in Bellaire, Ohio in 1871. In 1880 Bellaire Stamping Company began experimenting with enameling. The 1893 World’s Fair, “The Columbian Exposition,” was held in Chicago. This prompted the Bellaire company to change their name to Columbian Enameling in 1894.
