Portuguese Silver Salver Relief Decoration

Portuguese silver salver. Relief decoration, with flowers, leaves and shells, has a circular shape, with cut edges and a gently concave center. The central surface is lightly polished, standing out due to its contrast with the exuberantly decorated edge.
The edge is the highlight of this piece, displaying meticulous silver work with patterns of scrolls, arabesques and floral motifs. Curved arabesques create dynamic movement around the sage, while small flowers and leaves add a touch of naturalism to the design.
