About the Item

This antique hot water urn or server is unsigned, but presumed to have originated from England and date to approximately 1850 and done in the period Early Victorian style. This hot water or tea urn is composed of silver plate with a serpentine sided lid and body with stylized floral engraving. The urn stands on a pedestal base with scrolled decoration and scrolled feet.
