Antique Stag Covered Silverplate Meat Dome
About the Item
A superb antique silverplate meat platter dome, circa 1890. No maker's mark. This fine silver meat dome has an ornate stag handle and lovely banded decoration around the base. It would be beautiful for display or serving. Slight loss of plating but consistent with age and use. A very attractive hunting piece for any dining table, sideboard, or kitchen. Dome is 12 inches height apart from 4 inch stag.
