German 800 silver bell, ca 1910. Bowl has strapwork frames with strapwork frames, rose garland, and leafing scrolls on stippled ground; scrolled cartouche (vacant). Cast figural finial in form of dancing bear standing on hindlegs, arms embracing an imaginary partner. Marked. Weight: 2.6 troy ounces.
