Description Pair of sterling silver George III legume dishes and lid, Paul Storr, London, 1800. Domed lid and a finely crafted circular ring socket. Fine engraving lines along the edges. Coat of arms on one side of the lid and inside the base of the legume. Numbered 1 and 3. While the second binder numbered 4 and 4. Sterling silver marked with 5 punches: Logo manufacturer: Paul Storr Passing lion: league mark. 925/1000 sterling title guarantee check Leopard head with crown: city of London Date letter year: 1800 Duty Mark: King George III head Dimensions HxWxD: 12.5cm x 29.5cm x 20.5cm Weight 3.282g Provenance Private Collection ■Condition Slight signs of weather wear and surface scratches.
