About the Item

An excellent Queen Anne solid silver bleeding bowl / dish with a magnificent pierced handle. The bowl has a slightly bellied shape with a narrow straight sided upper rim. The underside of the handle is engraved with the letters T A T surrounding a stamped hallmark. Made in London in 1710 by James Rood. Approx. Weight - 164g Approx. Diameter - 12.2cm Approx.
