Mezuzah case's main body is made in a cylindrical fashion with two round applied plates with a couple of rounded slits in their centers.
The two applied plates are interjoined by one of the pierced slits with one facing upward and the other downward.
Both Pierced plates are shaped to look like the letter "Shin" in the Hebrew alphabet which is commonly placed on Mezuzah cases.
Signed and marked on the back of the round pierced plate turned downward.
