An exceptional, fine and impressive contemporary English sterling silver three-piece condiment set, boxed; an addition to our dining silverware collection. This exceptional sterling silver three-piece condiment set consists of a salt, pepper pot and mustard pot. The pieces of this fine condiment set with spoons have an oval shaped form. The surface of each piece is encompassed with two pierced decorated borders accented with floral motifs, in addition to central stylized octofoil floral designs. The upper rim of each piece is ornamented with an applied bead decorated border. The mustard pot is fitted with an angular C-scroll sterling silver handles with a leaf textured thumpiece. The mustard pot has a hinged hallmarked plain domed cover. The pepper pot is fitted with a push fit hallmarked domed cover with pierced 'pepper' holes. An magnificent, fine and impressive, large antique Victorian English sterling silver spirit kettle made by Barnard & Sons Ltd, an addition to our antique silver teaware collection. This magnificent antique Victorian sterling silver spirit kettle has a six paneled urn shaped form onto a hexagonal paneled spreading pedestal foot. The surface to this large spirit kettle is embellished with exceptional bright cut engraved foliate festoons incorporating quatrefoil leaf motifs and suspended from rosette designs to each edge. The decoration to the body incorporates two oval cartouches, one of which remains vacant. The cartouche to the anterior surface is embellished with a contemporary bright cut engraved crest of an antelope's head couped, charged on the neck with four mullets in cross, and holding in the mouth a rose, slipped and leaved, displayed below the motto 'Nil extra numerum'- Nothing is beyond reckoning up*.
