We are delighted to offer for sale this absolutely exquisite huge, thick, solid sterling silver fully restored Asprey London 1971 serving platter This is the largest and finest serving platter I have ever seen, the thickness and gauge of the silver is mind blowing, it is a whopping 2.3 kilos of pure silver! The piece has the wonderful scalloped edge with clamp shell decoration, it is fully hallmarked to the back with the sideways facing Lion for Sterling Sliver, the Rosette for Sheffield and the date latter D for 1971, it also has the stamp A&C L for Asprey and Co...
