Dutch silver small bowl by Heerens, Schoonoven, 1956 A Dutch small silver bowl in oval hammered and lobed shape raised on an oval lobed foot with two scrolled ears with a swan's head on each side and various engravings. The bowl, made by P & J.W. Heerens during the period (Hallmark) 1931-1984. The bowl also has the Dutch hallmarks "Lion II". This is the Dutch Lion for silver and has the 835/000 purity of silver. The hallmark "Minerva head" with letter M for Schoonhoven. Under the foot of the bowl is the mark "M2" (Assay office, Schoonhoven) (used between 1941-1967). The "Year letter" W for the Year 1956. The measurement is 7 cm high, 17 cm wide and the depth is 9.2 cm. The weight is 106 grams
