Front: The front portrays a black american man with bow tie clutching his business card with the words : Jimbo Cajack(?) Esq, New York At the bottom reads: PLEASURE on how dinna lubs dis nigger Back: It is signed on back : Burned by W G Chenyey June 10 1862 Framed Dimensions: 16 inches high and 9.75 inches wide. Provenance: Old New England collection. History of the Pyrography: py·rog·ra·phy is the art or technique of decorating wood or leather by burning a design on the surface with a heated metallic point.
