Unique Historical Framed Account Dating to the Early 1800's , signed Quaker Potts
This is an original and one-of-a-kind enactment artisticaly presented on wood of George Washington kneeling in prayer at Valley Forge. It's an impressive hand incised work of art on wood panel. President Washington kneels over his scaboard and hat with an inscription above and below his profile:

This rare and unusual historic work of art dates to the early 19th century.
Framed Dimensions: 35 inches high and 27 inches wide with original back side wooden braces and old wire hanger in tact

py·rog·ra·phy is the art or technique of decorating wood or leather by burning a design on the surface with a heated metallic point. Pyrography was particular popular during the last quarter of the 19th century and first quarter of the 20th century
