Out of Africa, Pair of Minimalist Sculptures, Total Abstraction of Female Form

About

This is the first time that I have seen this kind of African carving, to the point that I cannot positively identify the origins they are a heavy and super solid African wood. It would be a great addition to a very contemporary, Minimalist setting. Without the breasts, it would appear to be a male symbolism, but not indeed, impression created is Minimalist and very modern.
