Circa 1940s English Showman's Mini Rollercoaster Travelling Fairground Circus
About the Item
A wonderful period showman's mini rollercoaster, constructed in pine with its original steps and single ride on cart. Typical of the travelling fairground community, the coaster has been overpainted and overpainted, so plenty of character. But the original dusty blue is visible along with the pastel yellow on the steps.
The coaster folds away very compactly as you would expect, with hinged sections, and runners that simply bolt together. Its been ingeniously designed with simple counter weighted sections like the steps, a really fantastic thing and works as you would expect. Please view the videos of our little ones enjoying it this summer in the garden.
