About the Item
Beautiful and impressive five-light oakwood chandelier with an owl figure, Germany, the 1930s. This hand-carved chandelier features five arms, each with a white alabaster lampshade, hung on five ropes/wires and connected to a wooden ceiling canopy. In the center of the chandelier is an adorable, masterfully carved wooden figure of an owl with glass eyes.
Five new sockets for E27 (E26) size light bulbs.
The chandelier is ready for use in the U.S. wiring system as well.
Dimensions: Height 65 cm / 25.6 in; diameter 77 cm / 30.31 in.
The light fixture is in complete working order, but as with all vintage or antique lighting, we would always suggest it is tested and fitted by a qualified electrician.
